The Pureology promise is; Long lasting hair colour or your money back. If you are not satisfied with the result obtained from using both Pureology shampoo and conditioner together within 4 weeks of purchase Pureology will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with terms and conditions.

To obtain a refund send your Name & Address along with a brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the result to : Pureology MBG, PRIVATE BAG X2, WENDYWOOD, 2144.

Claims must include an original valid receipt showing your purchase from a professional salon of Pureology shampoo & conditioner with the unused portion of all the products for which you wish to claim your money back (an un-used portion must equate to at least ½ content capacity of the bottles).

  • The promise is applicable to South African residents only, excluding employees of L’ORÉAL SOUTH AFRICA PTY LTD, participating hair salons owners and employees, and their immediate families, or anyone connected.
  • Submissions for refunds which do not include the items listed will be rejected. Photocopied, illegible or defaced receipts will not be accepted.
  • Submissions must be received on or before the 31st of July 2010 and forms after that will be rejected.
  • Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed forms.
  • Refunds are only available for Pureology products purchased from a professional salon (list available on request).
  • Refund does not extend to the professional colour service.
  • Pureology will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of 3 products from the entire Pureology range, as evidenced by the receipt provided, by cheque.
  • Pureology will be responsible for the postage cost of sending the refund to you, but you will be responsible for all other costs associated with the refund process.
  • Pureology will use reasonable endeavours to provide refunds within 28 days of receipt of the items listed above.
  • Only one refund is available per household.
  • This promise does not affect your statutory rights.

What information do we collect?

Do we share the information we receive?

In general, we do not (other than set out below) disclose information about your individual visits to the Website or personal information which identifies you to other third parties unless we have your prior consent.

Where will the data be stored? How secure is it?

Your information is stored on our in-house database which only our employees, agents or contractors can access. This may mean that data is sent electronically to servers outside of the country where you originally entered the information. In addition, that information may be transferred to, used, stored or processed outside the country where you entered that information, including outside of the European Economic Area. By submitting your personal data you agree to this transfer, use, storing or processing. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns that does not identify any individual.
